Privacy note

This site is run by Valan Consulting. It is kept simple: there is no advertising, no tracking and no analytics.

What the contact form collects

When you send the contact form we receive your name, work email, company, role (if you give it), what you are interested in, and your message. The site's server also briefly sees your IP address, which it uses only to limit repeated submissions; it keeps a one-way code derived from it for up to an hour.

If the form shows a spam check, it is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical information about your browser to tell people from bots.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to you: to arrange a demo or answer your question. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Your message arrives as an email. We keep it for as long as we are in conversation with you, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email contact at valanconsulting dot com . We will act on your request and confirm when it is done.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. The spam check on the contact form, where shown, may use what it needs to work.
